Beta support

CMYKxyz support assistants are beta tools that summarize available source material. Responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are not warranties, service authorizations, or substitutes for manufacturer documentation.

Safe use

Verify model, revision, software version, and cited source before acting. Electrical work, laser safety systems, UV systems, factory or service menus, printhead voltage, invasive repairs, and production-impacting changes require a qualified technician.

Your submissions

You represent that you have permission to submit uploaded manuals, images, logs, and other materials. Do not upload dealer-only, confidential, copyrighted, or personal material without authorization.

Independent service

Product and company names belong to their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated, CMYKxyz is not the manufacturer and use of trademarks does not imply endorsement.

CMYKxyz Support SMS program

When you affirmatively opt in, CMYKxyz may send support updates, account and service notifications, conversational customer-care messages, and occasional promotional information to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

To stop messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
