How we use it

We use this information to provide support, maintain account and equipment context, review assistant quality, prevent abuse, and follow up on unresolved requests.

Mobile messaging privacy

If you opt in to the CMYKxyz Support SMS program, we use your mobile number and messaging consent records only to deliver the support, account, service, and occasional promotional messages you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver messages, but only as necessary to provide the program and not for their independent use.

AI processing and review

Support questions may be processed by contracted AI and knowledge-retrieval services. Conversations may be logged and reviewed by authorized personnel to improve safety and answer quality.

Do not submit restricted data

Do not submit passwords, API keys, bank information, confidential pricing, personal data about others, or proprietary service material unless CMYKxyz explicitly authorizes a secure transfer method.
